Suites Rules

• Pets are not allowed
• No smoking: smoking is not allowed in the apartments, except on balconies, terraces, patios and/or gardens.
• Arrival: the entrance to our apartments is from 15:00 hours.
• Departure: the apartments must be available for cleaning from 11.00 a.m. onwards.
• It is essential to respect the rest, so please do not carry out noisy activities between 22:00 and 10:00.
• Parties and the entry of non-residents are forbidden and will result in expulsion from the apartment.
• Good civic behavior and good use of the common areas of the building where the apartment is located is essential.

Non-compliance:

• Serious or repeated non-compliance by the client or his/her companions of the previously established conditions will entitle Edificio San Esteban 16 to demand immediate eviction from the apartment, without any compensation whatsoever.
• Personal data: In compliance with article 5, section 1.a), of the Organic Law 15/1999, on Personal Data Protection, we inform the client that the personal data provided will be included in a file duly registered in the Register established for this purpose by the Data Protection Agency, and will be used for the effective provision of the contracted services. Only employees and suppliers who need to know such data for the provision of such services will have access to them. In any case, the client may exercise the rights of access, opposition, rectification and cancellation provided for in the aforementioned Law.
